Scandic’s corporate governance is based on Swedish legislation and internal rules and guidelines. The company also complies with Nasdaq Stockholm’s Rule Book for Issuers and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code. In addition, Scandic has internal policies that apply to the entire group.
