Annual GEneral Meeting 2024
Scandic’s Annual General Meeting will be held on May 16, 2024 at 13.00 CEST.
Location: Vasateatern, Scandic Grand Central in Stockholm.
Shareholders may submit proposals to the board ahead of the annual general meeting no later than March 28, 2024. Proposals should be sent by mail to Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ), attn: Camilla Köhler, Sveavägen 167, 102 33 Stockholm, or via email to camilla.kohler@scandichotels.com.
