Sensitivity analysis
A change in RevPAR due to variable rental costs and variable costs will have an impact of approximately 40–60 percent on EBITDA.
Based on the group's results for 2015 and assuming that all factors other than RevPAR are unchanged, the company estimates that an increase or decrease in RevPAR corresponding to one percent would have an impact on EBITDA of approximately SEK 30-50 million on an annual basis, where the higher value refers to a change entirely driven by average room rate, while the lower refers to a change entirely driven by occupancy rate.
