Sensitivity analysis

A change in RevPAR due to variable rental costs and variable costs will have an impact of approximately 40–60 percent on EBITDA.

Based on Group results from 2015, and assuming that all other factors except RevPAR remain unchanged, Scandic assesses that an increase or decrease of 1 percent in RevPAR will have an impact of approximately 30–50 MSEK on EBITDA on an annual basis, where the higher value relates to a change driven entirely by the average room rate and the lower value efers to a change driven solely by occupancy.
