Our main customer group is made up of business travelers, including authorities, and it accounts for almost 70 percent of our revenue.
Our leisure customers include groups, sports associations and individual leisure travelers.
We have many loyal customers and our loyalty program – Scandic Friends – is the largest program in the Nordic hotel industry with 1.9 million members. Approximately 40 percent of our revenue comes from our loyalty program members.
Our customer base, like the rest of the Nordic market, is primarily domestic or Nordic, with a continuously increasing share of international travelers mainly from Germany and Russia followed by the US and the UK.
